Position Papers
The Association´s special committees and working groups discuss questions of national, European and international law and prepare position papers to be issued by GRUR on draft legislation, directives and treaties, and on questions of the application of the law. The position papers are provided to the competent ministries, authorities and committees. Due to their competence, neutrality and well-balanced considerations they are highly regarded.On the following pages, you can find the english advisory opinions of the last few years.
